There is an instruction on how to put it together is in Chinese and English. And in general everything is clear. Also there is a charger in the box. And on the clock there is "on" and "off" button. The clock is constantly moving (not just is a decoration) if you put it in a socket (i found it necessary to mention, cos I previously didn't see this information anywhere else). Further, nothing else moves or lights. I'm really satisfied with the purchase. Thank you.
